Positive ：I have been using PCA facial products for 4-5 years now and I am always getting raving comments about how young my face looks. I ran out of my toner and hadn’t replaced it for about a month and I can see a difference in my the elasticity of my skin. I have recently replenished my stock and my skin feels and looks so much healthier. This toner is wonderful… My skin is smooth, unblemished and feels soft. I completely recommend this toner.
